A: From CCK MRT Stations / Bus Interchange, take Bus 190 or 985 to CCK Polyclinic bus stop.
From Bukit Panjang MRT Station / Bus Interchange, walk 230m to Blk 183 bus stop and take Bus 190 or 975 to CCK Polyclinic bus stop.
From Keat Hong LRT Station, walk for 650m (10 minutes) to CCK CC.
Q: How to book or purchase the dinner ticket?
A: All tickets will be purchased @ stripe payment portal (https://buy.stripe.com/4gwcNucK75ECdEc9AA). Accepts Master/Visa Cards, PayLah, GPay, Apple Pay, Grab Pay and AliPay.
Q: How do I know if I have successfully reserved a slot/ticket for the dinner?
A: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated payment email notification along with a downloadable receipt. Please note that there are no physical tickets for this event. Our Club Treasurer will contact you via WhatsApp within the coming days or weeks to confirm your table reservation and provide your table number. As we are carefully coordinating the seating arrangements, we appreciate your patience during this process.
Q: I did not receive the email notification after payment, or still have yet to received any message from the Club Treasurer. Who do I reach out to?
A: Kindly contact Anthony Gacasan (+65 9630 6815) via WhatsApp to check the payment status in the Stripe portal. Please also send a screenshot of the bank transaction of your payment for verification, thank you!
Q: How do I submit a refund or cancel my purchased dinner ticket?
Kindly try to resell your dinner slot to someone else or another Toastmasters. Nevertheless, those who have purchased a ticket will be added to a WhatsApp group chat. You can network and try to resell the ticket there for those interested. Once you have resold your table reservation to someone, please update our Club Treasurer. Thank you!
